Today, enjoy a half-day guided tour of Ho Chi Minh City. Visit the Vinh Nghiem Pagoda, Reunification Palace, the Central Post Office, and the Saigon Opera House. End your tour at Ben Thanh Market, a bustling space for local goods and souvenirs. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City at Emm Saigon Hotel (Superior).

Depart for the Mekong Delta to board the Cai Be Princess boat for a scenic cruise, including a colonial-style lunch at Le Longanier Restaurant. Later, visit a local cacao farm to learn about chocolate production before transferring to Can Tho. Overnight in Can Tho at Victoria Can Tho Resort (Superior).
