Coronavirus Travel Update

18 January 2022

At MW Tours the safety and wellbeing of our clients is our first and highest priority. We are continually following the advice of the Australian Government, and have amended our booking terms & conditions to be in line with the ever changing nature of the pandemic.

We understand and appreciate that these are challenging times. In order to provide our valued customers with more flexibility, we have now extended MW Tours Travel Credit to be valid until 31 December 2023 on all bookings, however the future travel must be booked by 31 December 2022.

October 2021

While we are waiting for further information on the government’s advice regarding international travel we will continue to suspend all travel until the 31st December 2021.

All suspended tours will have the funds placed on hold for future travel until 31 Dec 2022, however the future travel must be booked at least 60 days in advance. As many of our tours include airfares and other transport provided by third parties, we will be working with these third parties to reduce out-of-pocket costs to the traveller. New tours may be subject to price increases depending on seasonality and availability.

22 January 2021

Our current priority is assisting those who are currently travelling and those due to depart in the next 7 days.  We will be in contact with you either directly or through your travel agent as soon as possible.

If you have already cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we may have agreed new terms and conditions with our suppliers and airlines, which cannot be rescinded. The terms and conditions agreed to at the time of cancellation will remain in place.

We appreciate how stressful this situation is and we thank you for your patience and understanding in these unprecedented times and that we are doing our best to communicate with all concerned as quickly as we can.
