Hong Kong Stopover

After your arrival in Hong Kong, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for the next three nights.

Today you will enjoy a half day tour of bustling Hong Kong. You will take in all the main attractions, with a mixture of old and new. Explore Aberdeen Harbour and fishing village, and take a sampan ride for a different view of the area (*sampan ride is optional, to be paid on arrival). Learn about traditional jewellery making, and pass by the picturesque Repulse Bay. Wander through the shops of Stanley Market, the perfect place for souvenirs and gifts. A tour of Hong Kong isn’t complete without visiting Hong Kong Island, travel across and marvel at the spectacular view of the city from Victoria Peak (including the famous Peak Tram ride). The afternoon is free for you to explore at your leisure.

Enjoy a full day tour on Hong Kong’s largest Island. Lantau Island is full of culture and beautiful natural scenery. You will take the ferry to Mui Wo on the southern side of the Island, then travel to the white sand Cheung Sha Beach. Continue to the historical fishing village of Tai O, where you will take a scenic boat ride, and see the stilt houses of the Tanka boat people. Visit the famous Po Lin Monastery and the Giant Buddha, where you will enjoy a traditional vegetarian lunch. Finish your day travelling on the Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car to Tung Chung. Your tour will end in downtown Hong Kong where you can continue to explore the city at your own pace, and make your own way back to your hotel.

The day is free at your leisure until it is time to transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
