Wandering South Africa is a 14-day small-group tour exploring Johannesburg, Mpumalanga, Kruger NP, Eswatini, Zululand, Durban, Knysna, Oudtshoorn. The program is designed to introduce the destination through a practical mix of guided sightseeing, local experiences and well-planned travel between each stop. With beautiful natural scenery, the famous Big 5 animals (and more! ) in Kruger National Park, and the people and culture of Cape Town, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

During Wandering South Africa you also have the opportunity to venture in to landlocked Swaziland and meet locals in their traditional cultural village. Tour highlights include Kruger NP, where you can experience the Big 5 Game Drive in Kruger National Park; Panorama Route, where you can experience the dramatic scenery of Blyde River Canyon, the Three Rondavels, Bourke’s Luck Potholes and God’s Window; discover Tsitsikamma National Park, Storms River Mouth, Knysna, the Outeniqua Mountains and the spectacular coastline of the Garden Route; Cape Peninsula, where you can explore one of the world’s great coastal routes, visiting Hout Bay, Cape Point, Simon’s Town and the penguin colony at Boulders Beach.

The day-by-day itinerary moves from Arrive Johannesburg through Zululand –Port Elizabeth–Tsitsikama through Depart Cape Town, giving the journey a clear sense of progression while allowing time to appreciate the character of each place. The small-group format supports a more personal touring experience, with professional guidance and straightforward arrangements throughout the journey.
