Tour Itinerary

You will be met on arrival in Zhangjiajie and transferred to your hotel for the next three nights.

Travel to the spectacular Mountain Tianzi, and marvel at the magnificent view as you travel to the peak by cable car. You will be surrounded by lush mountains, vibrant peaks, and picturesque rocky formations. Continue your journey by road, and enjoy lunch at a mountain top restaurant in Yuanjiajie. Then take a walk through nature to admire the famous “Avatar” view. The seemingly floating pillars were the inspiration for the movie. Travel down the mountain by elevator, and return to your hotel. In the evening you will enjoy the entertaining Meilixiangxi Show.

After breakfast, visit China’s first national forest park, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Admire the view from the cable car in Yellow Stone Village, where thousands of quartz sandstone peaks erupt from the ground. Enjoy lunch, then explore the Yellow Dragon Cave, wandering through the magnificent limestone stalagmites and stalactites.

Enjoy a morning boat ride on the Baofeng Lake, surrounded by stunning mountain peaks. You will be entertained by traditional folk sogs of the Tujia people. In the afternoon, ride the world’s longest cable car to the Heaven Gate Mountain, where you will have magnificent views through the glass skywalk. You will be transferred to the airport in time for your onward flight.
