You will be met on arrival in Kathmandu and transferred to your hotel to Nagarkot for the next two nights.
Watch the sunrise over the Himalayas (weather dependent), before walking to Bastola Village and meandering through the village. You will have the opportunity to meet a local family and learn about their culture and traditions. Learn about local cooking with a lesson, then sample your delights for lunch. The rest of the day is free for you to enjoy at your leisure, why not take a hike or a more leisurely walk to explore the area?
Transfer back to Kathmandu, stopping to visit the Temple of Changu Narayan, and the ancient town of Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur is known for its rich culture and history, often described as one of the Gems of Nepal. On arrival in Kathmandu you will check in to your hotel for the next two nights.
Today you will take a tour of Patan, known for its stunning Temples and Palaces. Visit the former Royal Palace, and the popular Durbar Square. When you return to Kathmandu you will stop at two of its most significant sites, the Boudhanath and Swayambhunath Stupas. The Boudhanath Stupa is one of the largest spherical Stupas in Nepal, and the Swayambhunath Stupa is famous for its golden appearance and is the oldest of its kind in Nepal.
The day is free at your leisure until it is time to transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
