Tour Itinerary

Arrive in Taipei. Check in to your hotel for the next two nights. The rest of the day is free at your leisure.

Explore the highlights of Taipei on a full day city tour with highlights including Dihua Old Street, Lungshan Temple, Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, the National Palace Museum, Taipei 101, and more.

Travel to beautiful Sun Moon Lake. When you arrive in Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area you will take a tour to visit Ita Thao Indigenous Village, Wenwu Temple, Holy Monk Shrine, and Ci En Pagoda. Enjoy the natural hot springs at your hotel.

After breakfast travel to the oldest city in Taiwan, Tainan. Visit Fort Zeelandia and walk along Anping Old Street known for its culinary delicacies. Continue to Kaohsiung and visit the sacred Fo Guang Shan Monastery to meet with a traditional monk.

Explore beautiful Kenting National Park. On the way to your famous hot spring hotel in Taitung you will also stop at the Eluanbi Lighthouse, Maobitou Scenic Area, and Longpan Park.

Enjoy a tour of the stunning East Coast National Scenic Area. This area is bursting with natural beauty for you to explore including the terraced rocks. In the afternoon, continue to Hualien and check in for the night.

Travel to the famous Taroko Gorge. The majestic gorge has been carved deep in to the marble that is plentiful in the area. On your way back to Taipei you will make a few stops to enjoy the natural scenery of the Swallow Grotto, Buluowan Suspension Bridge, Qingshui Cliff, and more.

Free at leisure until it is time to transfer to the airport for your flight to Seoul. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel for the night. The rest of the day is free at your leisure.

Travel to Gongju and explore the Tomb of King Muryeong and Gongsanseong Fortress. Continue to Jeonju and wander through the traditional Hanok Village.

After breakfast you will continue to Gwangju, home of modern democracy in South Korea. Visit the Bay Garden in Suncheon, then continue to the port city of Yeosu and explore before checking in to your hotel for the night.

Explore Jinjuseong Fortress, famous for its link to the Japanese invasion. Travel to Busan and wander through the Fish Market and take a tour of the beach area. Continue to Gyeongju and enjoy time at your leisure.

Today you will explore Gyeongju, a museum without walls, and visit the UNESCO World Heritage Listed Seokguram Grotto. Then transfer to Andong and wander the World Heritage Listed Folk Village. Continue to Wonju for the night.

Visit famous Pyeongchang, then wander through the UNESCO Biosphere Preservation District of Seoraksan National Park, home to rare flora and fauna. Take the cable car to Gwongeumseong Fortress*. Afterwards travel to Seoul and make your own way to the hotel.

This morning you will immerse yourself in bustling Seoul on a half day city tour. The afternoon is free at your leisure.

After breakfast the day is free at your leisure until it is time to transfer to the airport for your flight to Tokyo. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel for three nights.

Spend the morning exploring Meiji Shrine, the beautiful Imperial East Garden, and Asakusa. Return to the hotel on your own for an afternoon free at your leisure.

Enjoy a day at leisure to explore Tokyo. You could also choose an optional visit to Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea*. Pack a small bag to take to Hakone tomorrow. You may wish to arrange transfers for your main luggage to Kyoto.

Today you travel towards majestic Mount Fuji, visiting the 5th Station, Owakudani Boiling Valley, and Hakone Ropeway. Relax on a magnificent themed Lake Ashi cruise before transferring to your hotel in Hakone and checking in for the night.

Transfer to the station by private car then take the bullet train to Kyoto where you will be met and transferred to your hotel for check in. Travel to Nara to explore Todaji Temple and feed the friendly bowing deer in the Park. Return to Kyoto for the night.

After breakfast you will enjoy a full day tour of historical Kyoto, taking in the wondrous temples and sights.

Enjoy a free day to explore Kyoto at your own pace. Why not explore the traditional tea houses in Gion and maybe even see a Geisha at work?

The morning is free at your leisure until it is time to take the shuttle from Kyoto to Osaka Airport for your onward flight.
